Just an fyi, above the railstation is the east exit.

that what happen i was in mine and i went down in railroad and i couldnt find a way out so i made backup rout but i'm positive i put everything back

If you put everything back there wouldn't have been any grief.

Makster does have a home right above the railway station, or relativley close. Its a wooden shack right up against the steps, which might explain the edits.

What is shown in those pictures is him removing stone and making cobble.

Ah. But it may explain a block edit or two, but it still is a rather large amount of grief.

He said he was mining, that would explain the 900 blocks, he accidentally went into the rail system, not knowing. He made a ban appeal, and he's been playing for a while, just unban him.
