Ban Appeal Template and Rules

I'm sick and tired of trying to figure out what happens because of a bad ban appeal.

Rules
-Double posts are most common on ban appeals because people are impatient for an answer. We WILL provide an answer. Don't think we don't know. Forum Staff Edit: double posting will get your appeal locked until server staff gets to your appeal.
-Please, nothing distracting. Smilies and coloured text will take away your rep and everything.
-Good English. Appeals in Engrish won't help you get on the server faster
-If you have been banned a multiple amount of times, you won't get another chance.
-No caps, harder to read.
-Make your ban appeal title CLEAR and stating your NAME.
-Appeals for a ban longer than 30 days ago will be denied. 30 days is more than enough time to decide whether you want to appeal or not.

Addendum:
Also PM-ing Staff about your appeal will NOT help you. If anything it just ticks us off. So just follow the procedures outlined in the post above. Why not take up knitting or make a nice Chicken Piri Piri while you wait for the appropriate Staff-member to handle your appeal?

But... Why? Teasing and Mocking others is a pivotal point in Orcworm, Forum wise and in-game. You... Should know that by now.

It still has no place in "official" business. Especially not in rulings.

Please unban me it says i griefed appl2 wall and it will not let me in im sorry if i did grief like i mentioned the only huge thing i did was cut down tons of cacti which didnt look like it belonged to anyone.
