Oceanside Transfer to New Map

This post is mainly for Orcworm...

I'd like you to take a look at my city, Oceanside, and give me an estimate of how much it would cost to transfer it to the new map. I don't plan on transfering anything below the ground, above the Santa Clause, or across the water. (This will all become obvious when you see the town). Town center coordinates: X(-4374) Y(65) Z(-5737).
