Spawn Killing/Camping

Gonna use a modified version of Complaint Forum Template

Person(s) you are accusing of spawncamping/killing (Blockybalboa) rule:
Reason for complaint: He has been sitting in my house, killing me over and over and will not leave my house. He also placed fire using a flint and steel in my house at one point.
Evidence: I sectioned the place where there fire was by make a cross shape hole around it. As for killing, check the logs,

Punishment you see fit?:I don't know, I'm tired of him sitting around/outside/inside my house and killing me when I use /home and even attempt to step foot from where I've appeared from that any punishment would be lovely. Hell, even a rule about spawncamping/killing would be great.

This has happened before but where instead of a diamond sword, he would sit on the pyramid outside my house and shoot me with a bow. I'm damn tired of not being able to do anything because of repeated deaths from one person sitting in/around my house and killing me. I know this is a PvP server, but holy firetruck, there should be some restrictions as to where one can kill another, especially after they respawn.

Was this the main server or the chaos server?

Hay bud, if you don't comeback constantly he won't stay... It is a pvp server and unless he tped to you, he didn't do anything wrong.

I know it's a pvp server but what am I supposed to do when all things I need are on the floor of my house he is sitting in and he refuses to leave. Also, where am I supposed to go if not my house?

I know it's PvP as I have said, but holy firetruck, I do like my breathing room after I die. I am not looking to set the record for most deaths after respawning and going home.

I wouldn't mind that and all, I just want him out of my house so I can go about doing my regular activities without picking something out of a chest and then dying by his diasword.

You can PM Urmomsmoat tell him to give you a free plot in Valenwyre until the reset.

Rardical has generously lent me a small plot in his protected plot until the reset. It's now my /home with a teleporter to my home in Desertville.

You can kill someone in their house if you can get in legitimately... but... was pretty sure it wasn't okay to stay there and camp their /home ?....
