    Recently I built a house on top of a Mountain I named Mt.Orcon *coughcrappycoughnamecough* and I asked on the forums to have it zoned using my 50 x 50 area. I planned on making it a city/town. I never got a reply, and now people have started to build beside me; in the area I had planned to get zoned.

    If i get this area zoned, I would like these neighbors to either move, or pay a small fee to stay.
