Server Commands (+ Zone commands)

So, I thought I'd compile a list of commands to help when you're promoted. Post any commands you don't understand here and I'll try to help out.

Owner: * = All


Admins:
/vanish - Hide, useful for watching suspected griefers.
/lwcadmin - Can view any LWC protected chest
/tipadmin - Can view current tips and add new ones.
/item - Self explanatory.
/give - Self explanatory.
/promote - Promote a player by one rank.
/demote - Demote a player by one rank.
/isn - Lets you use iStick.
/worldedit + Associated commands - Repairs, quick builds.
/whois - Shows IP of player, as well as restrictions.

Admins are also able to use banned items.



Mods:
/stargatecreate - Gives permission to create stargates.
/stargatedestroy - Gives permission to destroy stargates.
/freeze - Stops a player from moving, useful for griefers.
/clean - Cleans your inventory, easier than having to manually drop it when it's full.
/invsee - Look at other players' inventories, useful to catch hackers.
/invsend (player) - Send your current inventory to a player.
/invrevert - Return to your own inventory.
/protect - Allows area zoning ability.
/lwcmod - Nearly the same as /lwcadmin, less powerful.
/god - Become invincible.
/setwarp - Set a warp point.
/removewarp - Remove a warp point.
/is - Toggles iStick.
// - SuperPick, instantly destroy blocks.
/blastpick - Quickly remove block tunnels.
/mute - Mute a player.
/banip - Ban a player's IP.
/unbanip Unbans a player's IP.
/money debit - Take money from a player.
/jumpto - Move to block that aimer is pointing at.
/give - Give an item to another player.
/jumpto - Moves you to where your aimer is pointing.



Donators:
/tp - Teleport to a player.
/tphere - Teleport a player to you.
/magiccarpet - Fly around on a glass carpet.
/quickportnormal - Allows compass teleportation.



Members:
/kick - Kicks a player
/warp - Warps to a specific warp point.
/listwarps - Lists available warps.
/sensor
/trapdoor
/mc0420
/mc0111
/mc0230
/mc0260
/mc0261
/mc0262
/equalssign
/sendsign
/msgsign
/teleblockshield
/flameturret
/turret

Guest:

/help - View available commands.
/lwc - Chest protecton plugin, use this for further help.
/sethome - Set your home point.
/home - Return to your home point.
/spawn - Respawn at spawn location.
/tip - Displays a random tip.
/ignore (player) - Won't see messages from ignored player.
/me - /me waves = *Orcworm waves
/msg (name) (message) - private messaging.
/money - View your account balance.
/auction - Auction an item.
/sign - View your physical stores and their stock.
/motd - View the Message of The Day
/compass - Shows if you're facing N,S,E or W.
/who - Shows who else is online.
/worldguardnotify - Warns when i.e. TNT is acquired.


Please note that some of these commands may appear twice on the above lists or may not function any-more. My actual server files are a mess as I don't usually bother to double-check things. Higher ranks get said commands plus the commands of the lower ranks.

can you also please list what the less evident commands do for people like for example somepeople might not know what tpc is or even csphere heck i didnt know vips had any xtra commands i just thought it ment that we are the more common vistitor lol

I want to know... Mods have cuboid, now, when should they use it? Can they use it freely, or is it just for repairing grief/other special occasions?

In a perfect world it would be used only for repair work, but I have the suspicion some players still take this server to be Freebuild and cuboid things whenever / wherever they want.

I should probably upload the logs to the website, that way no-one can think they can just get away with a sneaky /cdel etc.

help with /cmod for my city, just asking for the basics.

Your city is zoned as 'chinawall', so for example, to add someone to the zone you'd do this command:

/cmod chinawall allow orcworm

And to remove them:

/cmod chinawall disallow orcworm

You're also able to toggle healing, pvp etc. using these commands:

/cmod chinawall toggle ...

protection - self-explanatory
restriction - to toggle the restricted access of the zone (only the allowed players and the owners will be able to enter)
heal - toggles the health regeneration
creeper - toggles the creeper-explosion protection
sanctuary - toggles the mob spawning in the area (+ mobs deal no damage in these areas)
pvp - toggles the no-pvp flag (by default, pvp is allowed)

There are also a few other commands you may want to use for your city:

/cmod chinawall welcome welcomemessagehere - sets welcome message. Spaces and special characters are allowed

/cmod chinawall farewell farewellmessagehere - sets farewell message. Spaces and special characters are allowed

I tried those zone commands and they didn't work at all. But your wiki looks nice and will probably be quite useful once finished.

That is because we don't have cmod we have world guard... ./region

Yeah I know about /region it just wasn't letting me use any of the commands at the time. But he should probably still update the command list for reference.

Do Donaters have members commands?

Silly? It makes perfectly sense! Donators have better commands yes but also still got the commands of Members, if donators wouldn't have the commands of members, well it would suck then :O

Well, in that case Chrome>every other browser combined

Firefox > Chromium > Safari > Midori > Arora > Opera > Epiphany > InternetExplorer > Conkeror > Dooble > Seamonkey > Rekonq > Pretty_much_anything_else.

Safari sucks except on the iPhone. Well it sucks on PC at least. I can't speak for Mac

Agreed.. This is majorly outdated... we dont have // anymore ='(

That comes with a server software that has an build update all the time and a game that is in beta yet has more issues than it did in alpha

On this topic: how does a mod add/remove/pvp-free/etc a zone? PM me if you don't want the info out here, but I don't think it's that terrible to list the new zoning commands, since the old ones do not work.

IIRC only I have access to /region, there is only one permission for it that allows access to every /region related command, thus it's unsafe to hand out.

So let me get this straight: Only you can use the zoning commands now? Admins or mods cannot?

I think it may be different when WorldGuard 5 comes out, if it ever does. He's been putting it off forever
