I Have The Layout of it BELOW

BASE AREAS - The Base areas will be a flat lot where both team A and team B will get 10 minutes to create a base and Hide a FLAG this glag will be a rare block that both of the teams will get, and plant on there lots somewhere (not hiden, can be seen from all sides!
/BATTLEGROUND - Is Pretty Self Explanitory, this is where i can see the majority of the fights breaking Down
FLAG AREA - This will be where the "flag" will be placed once the team can steal from there opposing team.

FAQ's

WHERE ARE THE MATERIALS COMING FROM? These materials will be provided by myself, and other people who choose to participate.
WHEN? This will be a Weekly Thing, this way there will be a high demand and with a certian date/time it will be easier to get a decent ammount of players!
THIS IS GONNA TAKE A LOT OF TIME AND MATERIALS WILL THIS BE WORTH IT? well with the consent of orcworm or someone of that "high power" there could be a 1000Gil Prize for The winning team, or some prize to make it worth playing and to bring itn players, also stimulating the economy. (also this could get more people to join the server).

Thanks to know people have finally looked at this forum, well it is being built over my /home so i bet one night i could /home invite.. i have all of the supplies we need, the base of the floor will be stone slabs. ( i have a double chest full)

Yes but that is for fighting peeps, and I thought that is what he is doing, but he is making it so it is like a war to get a flag with bases !

Jarv, i server drinks to people at a bar, that doesnt take much thinking. so durring the day i think of ways to get with the chicks, minecraft, ways to get with the chicks, and minecraft. i have a shit load of time to think. oh and how to get with the girls.

Well, at least you do decently at thinking for Minecraft.
