Annoying Bug - Help please

I'm experiencing a bug that is seriously effecting my game play.

The light effect from my torches are effected by a glitch. Each time I login or use a WP all the squares around all my torches turn black and my rooms (every one) go dark. When I place a new torch down... they all revert back to normal. If it was only a graphical glitch I could live with it... however, it also effects spawning... with monsters spawning in all my locations just as if the torches arn't there. This has effected me for the last 2 days.

Anyone got any ideas ? I'm not running any mods ot skins or anything.

it somthing to do with the server i think because everything is ok when i join another server

So is this effecting other people too ? I thought I might be the only one.

I've been having the same problem several days. I feel Orc MAY be aware of it already and working towards figuring out what's causing it, but I'm not 100% certain on that.

It must be a server issue ... as the server is spawning mobs due to low light levels. If it was the client I dont believe the spawn would be occuring, it would simply be a cosmetic effect.

Thing is, it's difficult to recreate the bug as I've never actually experienced it ;p.

Yah I saw aapls house with this bug. It is annoying as hell lol.

I've had this a couple of times, usually after I teleport using /pw. Should be fairly easy to reproduce
