Looks like a grief to me. Moved to Complaints and associated with Skoglol's thread.

it must be automated thing. it filled everything in one layer and when there was a free space down than put it there... and its waterlevel + 1 height

If someone was irresponsible with WorldEdit or a similar program and affected another person's build, then it's a grief, unintentional as it may be.

The funny thing is that WorldEdit is owner only <_<

It's been seen before for griefers to have Client mods that bypass Permissions. It is very rare, but it happens.

Wouldn't be the first time someone used an exploit to make some cuboids Pinky.

Technicly not my fault. The //undo didn't undo it all the way. So I knew what to do since I made the //set air mistake, when i did //undo it glitched. So technacly it was the plugin's fault. Not mine. =B
