Name change: Eccenotcem/Ecco City -> Notch's Ass

Seeing as everyone and their grandmother refers to Eccenotchem City as Notch's Ass.. shall we make it official and just rename it?

I call it ecc city...
I do think it needs a rename, but don't rely one for creativity

i don't want to rename it i only call it Ecco City (Eccenotchem City) i think it's easy to write as Eccenotchem City
