Server Offline Rule?

Hey, I was just going through the forums and realized under forum rules it says not to post that the server is down, "we know when it's down"... but I later noticed that there was a sticky in General Discussion for people to post when the server was down... I was just bringing it to attention because I didn't know if you guys wanted to make the rules a little more specific and instead of saying not to post about the server being offline at all, say where to post (which is the sticky designated to server down awareness)... Just a suggestion

It is generally accepted that if the server is down, people go and post in that topic.


Forum rules state that if there's a topic about it, don't make another one. So there's already a sticky in the general forums for it to reduce the spam: " # Post here if the server is Offline # "
