One thing I have noticed as of yet is that alot of posts concerning sensitive or improtant topics have been unreadable or inane, and I request for a rule to be added that would make it bad to post something like "omg y i be gifd?!?!??? *smilies*" to be illiegal, and to be deleted, as its obvious when someone posts like that that they don't care for what their posting about (much akin to my first few posts, it's true, interweb trolls) and should be deleted.
    EXAMPLES:
"HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLP I BEEN GIFDED Sad Sad Sad Mad Mad Mad " is bad and deltable.
"I've been griefed at x,y,z and need help" is good, and should be there.

NOTE: Something that would go hand-in-hand with this rule is that, much like ban appeals, the complaint form should be followed when applicable.

Really though, when staff see a post like that they either ignore it or deal with it by telling the person to post the complaint correctly. In a way, this rule already applies.

You have a point, it is kind of an unspoken rule, but it would be good to put it IN THE RULES, and then force people to read them to register (hide a word or something in the rules, then ask what it was) to avoid this.

Forum Rules wrote:3.- Smilies and Post Formatting
If you must use smilies, use them sparingly — excessive smilies will get deleted or your whole post deleted, and posts that contain nothing but smilies are generally frowned upon. Do not use colours or large font sizes in your posts since they are reserved for the forum moderators, unless they may be essential for the purpose of conveying a message to the audience.

I usually delete it or leave it to rot in page two hell. If they bump it or make a duplicate thread of the same standard it's a ban.

I would very much like to see this rule an OFFICIAL RULE! Also somehow make the first thing a new person to the forums sees is the rules. As this would stop stupid topics like this from happening.

Lets be realistic, the people who post dumb shit in the wrong section try their hardest to avoid all rule and guidance threads.
