Banned for griefing

Hi one day i tried to log in but when i logd in it just said Griefing. And i dont know why i get banned for griefing or i grieft one time and i just took like 1 64 cobble stone when the guy had like 10 64. But if you can unban me i will not grief any more. And I'll help those who have been robbed of something valuable.
So please think about it and i would be very happy if i get unbanned :)
