Banned for griefing my own house

hi, me and three of my friends built a house in the south region. we were constantly griefed and murdered so one day we decided to dismantle the house and rebuild elsewhere. when the mod stongpwn approached my friend and offered to repair the house, i was banned for griefing for i had removed blocks from it during my dismantling process.

Please, I'm not a griefer.
