While we are on the topic: What's with this whole claiming thing lately? Getting permission to raze it for resources/space okay, but just taking it over as is.... Seems kinda selfish.

Completely agree with filler.. He obviously spent a lot of time on those structures, I don't think it's right to claim them or allow someone else to claim them.
