Banned for Griefing

i was building a house out in a forest somewhere miles away, and then i was kicked from the server, so i try and re enter and it says i was banned for griefing. I didnt greif, and i was only building a house out of items i had made myself.
I dont know why i was banned, so please could you un ban me or tell me what i did wrong so i can not make the same mistake on another server?

That's because you're not using direct links, you need to right click the image and select 'view image'.

Found some grief by this guy way off on the edge of the map... So I think he is as good as perma banned.

I didn't think he was gonna reply anyway...
