Such are my nomadic ways that as soon as I complete construction of something, I immediately want to move away and start something even more exciting and wonderful. That is why I offer to you, my fair people, the chance to purchase this humble estate.
This property is comprised of three main components:
- The Tower
- The Farm
- The Cave
THE TOWER: Contains seven floors, including an atrium and rooftop level, styled in the form of a far eastern 'Pagoda'. It is the centrepiece of this property. There is a direct, two-way teleport link with the city of Acheron and some small amenities are already present, although the scope for expansion of the interior is massive.
THE CAVE: The first part of the property that was constructed, this was aimed to be a secure, quiet dwelling with mining and storage facilities. The Cave has an entrance from the grounds of the farm and lies below a frozen lake. The Cave has an organised decently sized storage area, a mine down to several layers above bedrock (this mine does not utilise traditional branch mining but a compact, more efficient "Phoenix Mining" method. Details can be found here http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/285834-phoenix-mining-x-mineexpandable-v02/) and a secure portal to the Nether (people cannot enter the cave from the Nether). The Cave has a large main hall that can be expanded with further rooms or any sort of decoration of your preference.
THE FARM: The farm comprises of wheat and sugar cane plantations. The wheat has a closely fenced, high efficiency layout to minimalise trampling and maximise output. At full maturation the farm can yield over 500 wheat in a single harvest. At full maturation the sugar cane plantation can produce 128 sugar cane in a single harvest.
The starting value of this estate is 5k. Auction style bidding welcomed and encouraged :3
