Please Note: This thread is for info on the city and all the districts, as well as for the discussing of the city, all opinions Positive or otherwise.
We are now selling plots in multiple Districts! including but not limited to: Upper Terrance Terrace, Wise Ridge, Wise Bay, Wise harbor, Wise Vally, and Wise Lake.
1.) Stay Within Your Plot! No Exceptions! All Violations will be given a 3 day Notice To remove before it is removed by a city owner or manager of the district. (Depending on the District, you may be given a fine at some point.)
2.) Obey your District Rules! All Districts have rules that are unique to them. Info on said Rules can be Found on that districts Post Down Below or in the Information Building in-game, Across the street from the citys Monorail station hub*.
Notice: If you break any of the Citywide, or district, rules, you will be given a 3 day notice to fix it, or get out of the city. if you formally decide to leave or Fail to fix it/move out, anything left inside your plot will be taken into the city property, and we reserve the right to do whatever the fuck we please with it.
Notice 2: If you are blacklisted by 16-Bit you will be fully evicted and given 1 day to move out before we repossess your plot.
No refunds shall be given for Evictions or Formally Moveing out! If you want a refund you must have a good reason, and proof of how we fucked up.
