I would like to thank Radical for this, although Serg did not take it personal, others could.

So thankyou Radical, even though Serg didn't take offense, it only took us a few seconds to make a decision, so this thread was in no way a waste of time or effort.

Anyway. I'll kindly warn anyone for disrespecting a other player. You gave me these powers to enhance a players experience on our server, letting things like that pass IMO does the opposite.

Exactly, that's half the reason you've got no punishment. Returning fire isn't as bad as the original flamer. As i haven't seen what serg said or why, i can't say anything for his behalf.
