Money Sink: Re-Selling abandoned/banned player's zones

Pretty selfexplanatory. Sell the zones of players who left the server or got banned!
It would be an excellent way to destroy vast ammounts of gil while also granding the common player a chance to gain a precious zone! Furthermore, these re-sold zones should be a little cheaper per block size than purchased zones, so people rather look for "second hand" zones instead of adding more to the server. I'd suggest the only limitation to this would be that the zones have to stay where they are to reduce the ammount of extra work the staff have to do.

Selling creations that belong to banned people is a perfect way to get money out of the economy.

No, zones are for donations. You shouldn't be allowed to buy them from a banned person, and it is once in a blue moon a donator gets banned.

So then explain me why it is possible for the average player to buy a zone for a large ammount of gil?

Recycling already existing zones is better than adding new zones to the server.
