Banned players/ abandoned buildings in Kumatora Village?

Plots are getting sold in kumatora all the time and we have trouble keeping an eye on all our villagers.
As the co-owner of the zone, its my biggest worry to keep the village in good status.
So i need to find out if some of the players that have a plot in kumatora got banned or left the server.
