/kick and /tempban for donator+.

Can someone jut lock and bury this thread, it's pointless. If Orc does want to give some trusted people /kick, /tempban or just straight up /ban, he will do if he thinks it's required. But until then we just have to deal with the repetative spam.

This is highly contradictory to what I have just said. But the spam during whatever time zone the UK is in is unbearable sometimes so if you do pick someone, please pick someone in that time zone.
