Narnia Is where Im going in life

So I'm planning on Buying a place called Narnia its a huge empty space below spawn. This may pose a problem but seeing as how I would be the only one working on it region issues wouldn't be a problem. I need Gil is the problem, so I was looking for small donations like 10-20 gillies. Before I forget, I am going to make this place into a huge donator and member party lounge I was hoping to get this done before Christmas so we could have a Christmas party in it. Any help would be helpful.

One bad ass place to go and exchange stuff and where you can got to get away from the Noobs. Sieve Feel free to have what ever party you want to have in there, but it needs to be bought and built first. You could throw a hail Hitler party for all i care
