i just killed range,pyro and some other. its pvp its alloud. they all died i went home then he tp killed me

Yes, I tp killed. You had JUST heard them talk about them in chat about them finding diamond, so you get to their location (no idea how), and kill/steal...

I ended up NOT taking any of your stuff... But I used the "unlocked chests are fair game" rule to steal 16 diamond picks from you, which I gave to the wronged. I also gave them my diamond pick, and appoligised for your asshholeish behavior to the guest.

Personally, that was an asshole kill, and I was pissed, so I tp killed.

Feel free to demote/ban me Orc, but I feel like I did the right thing.

EDIT: You fucker, you spawn killed! I just found out... I'd ban you, but I'll let Orc decide.

He's killing them the instant they leave the no-pvp area of spawn... SO it IS spawn-killing/camping.

Two things...

In all honesty, Uban Dictionary is not usually the best place to garner "concrete" definitions from. Anyone can add definitions, and you don't even have to log in.

But in this case, it is correct. Oddly enough.

I recommend this thread be locked and when orc comes up with his decision when he wakes up, he will unlock and post, because this is flame bait heaven.

TL;DR for Orc:
Devan spawn-camped-killed-followed two ppl with new diamond out of spawn, kills them after they exit the zone.
I tp to devan, kill him, do NOT take his shit, steal 16 diamond shovels from unlocked chest. Give away 1/2 of them to victims. Give my diamond pick to one of them.
He bitches, whines, and moans... Drama, lulz, etc..

As far as I see it..

Rules broken:
battlekid: broke no /tp kills.
Devan: broke no spawn camping.

I'm sorry for breaking the rule, but it is what it is. Feel free to do whatever to me (demote, ban, etc), but I recommend devan is demoted/banned.
