I personaly am for teleport runes for each city.
Right now, teleport runes are the ONLY way to access the cities.
And Acheron for example is very fewly populated even though wer done with the layout, all only because we have barely any visitors.
Another sidenote about the rail system... i was told all train stations would come online at the same time so no one has an unfair advantage... then why is forstside the first city that has a complete and accessable connection?

Cause honestly Frostside needs all the advantages it can get right now. Besides every city is accesible through Runes in and around New Orcshire.

I have a teleporterto Eccenotcem infront of my creeper statue. Theres also a teleporter to acheron in galwails spawncity shop
