I dunno why I'm bothering giving the "friendly" reply, but look at it this way;

- HoneyBubble donated with money that wasn't hers to donate with (THEFT & FRAUD).
- Orcworm loses the money she used to donate with and also loses a fee (money) that PayPal charges.

HoneyBubble basically had donator powers for free etc etc

Now, the only way I can see HoneyBubble being unbanned is if she pays back the PayPal fee ATLEAST.

I don't see how you can simply deny that you charged back. For one, how young are you, and why do you have so much money? And secondly, where did you get that money? For the simple fact of how she/he denies it, I wouldn't want him/her back either.
