    today zuwrath tped to me without me agreeing then he said read the rules i can tp where ever i want i said bullshit and looked it up and this is what i got!


    6. Use of Teleportations-abilities
    - Teleport-abilities are all methods to "teleport" from one location to another.
    - You may only teleport (to) someone if you have express approval of all parties involved with the teleportation.
    --- Failure to do so gives the players you teleported (to) the inalienable right to immediately kill you and/or request a demotion.
    --- Killing or damaging the teleporter/teleport target when approval WAS given is not allowed.
    i want him demoted i Was nice enuff to not kill him so ya i am not likeing ilegal tp cause i got banned for it once
    but i aplogized he just tp and basicly said fuck you >;(

    Post all the logs, Yarwood. He said, "ew what the fuck are you doing you cant tp to me," then said "you are not staff."\
    That implies he thought I wasn't allowed to tp to him at all.

    And as far as the logs go, there is no time in which he says "leave" or "I don't allowed you to TP to me."

    On those grounds, I believe there shouldn't even be a warning.

    had someone do that to me. Thing is I killed them when they did it. They didn't do it again and I am 10 diamonds richer for it. ^^

    Also, if you TP to someone, there is no rule against you killing them if they didn't ask. Just they can't kill you or it's a tp kill.

    Hahaha, it really reaaallyy doesn't. The second and third times I TP'd, it was 'cause Crusher wanted us to just party at his place. Had nothing to do with hitting or killing. He could have killed me at any time.
